Refund and Returns Policy

At ForeignPrep, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality services and support. However, we understand that sometimes our services may not meet our customers’ expectations.In such instances, Foreign Prep offers refunds after conducting a detailed analysis of the customer’s grievances. Where refund is not possible, we provide compensation with other services to ensure our customers get the value for their investment. Our team is always available to help customers find suitable resolutions that meet their needs. We believe in building strong relationships with our customers and strive to ensure that they are satisfied with our services. Eligibility for refund

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation within the first two classes: If you wish to cancel your enrollment within the first two classes, you are eligible for a full refund.
  2. Cancellation after two classes: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made after completing two classes. By this point, we have invested resources and time in delivering our services.

Refund policy

Based on the criteria mentioned above, ForeignPrep considers refunds only for the following cases:

  1. Refunds within the first two classes: Should you decide to discontinue our services within the initial two classes, you are entitled to a full refund.
  2. Refunds after two classes: Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after completing two classes.

1. If a customer has paid the full amount for Fast Track, Advance or One on One Course, and they do not receive access to the ForeignPrep website within 8 days from the date of purchase. Customer must ensure the following conditions are met to claim refund, provided:

  • A. Consumers must have used the correct login credentials to access their account on the website.
  • B. Consumers must have coordinated with the Foreignprep team for resolution, especially if the team reaches out before the 8-day period from the date of purchase.

2. If a customer pays an amount that exceeds the price of the course listed on the official Foreignprep website, they will receive a refund for the extra amount paid.

3. If the course teacher cancels 4 or more sessions in a row without giving any prior notice or communicating through official channels such as Whatsapp, or Email.

Possible resolutions other than refund

1. The total amount paid can be adjusted against other offerings if required, based on the assessment by Foreignprep, provided

  • A. Concerns raised by customer are deemed valid by ForeignPrep.
  • B. Concerns are deemed reasonable and/or true from both the parties

No Refund is offered in the following cases

1. If the customer has not paid the full amount and their access to the course is revoked due to this reason, then they will not receive a refund for the amount they have already paid.
2. For 1:1 sessions, if a session is canceled due to an emergency from either the student/customer or the teacher’s end, and the student/customer is informed beforehand (within 24 hours), then no refund will be granted.

If Foreignprep initiates a refund, it will take at least 7 days to complete the procedure starting from the date of confirmation of the refund.
